Dear friends and music lovers,

After four beautiful years of hard working and many great musical highlights and encounters, Chopstick Records has decided to stop organising the Jazz sur l’herbe festival in Ghent, Belgium.

The main reason is the overload of organisational duties and the lack of means to cope with that.
In this perspective Chopstick wishes to focus back on it’s own creative and productional work, and to promote the many artistic projects it represents rather than to invest most of it’s energy in the realisation of a festival of this size.

I would like to thank all the people and organisations that have supported us during these four years, and I hope people will remember the beautiful and positive moments that we’ve all created together.

Chopstick Records does not exclude to program concerts again in the future, wether that will still be under the name of Jazz sur l’herbe is the question…
